Erin Cobb
Erin has always been passionate about real estate with the intention to work in the industry when it was the right time in her life. All the stars aligned, and now, Erin is blessed to be able to make this her career. She earned a B.S. degree from Clemson University in Financial Management with a minor in Real Estate. Erin’s work life after college has been in customer service and sales as well as some time at a law firm where she became a notary. Her husband, David, and her own two distributorship businesses here in the Upstate. They have two kids: Savannah who is beginning college this fall in the Nursing program at USC Upstate; and Cameron who is a senior at Fountain Inn High School. Erin is passionate about wanting to help her clients find exactly what satisfies their needs in real estate. She is honest, hardworking, extremely driven and detail oriented and will work hard to make her client’s home buying experience effortless.
